Finance Operations Analyst

Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets with ability to analyze complex data. Proven ability to learn new skills, be proactive, and achieve positive results. Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and projects. Strong attention to detail and understanding of prioritization. Proven experience thriving in fast-paced business environments, particularly within the tech industry. Proficient in English. Hands-on experience with AI productivity or adjacent tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, AirTable). Experience building workflows that drive efficiency. Ability to design, test, and document repeatable AI-driven processes, templates, and playbooks. 2-6 years of professional experience in procurement, finance operations, sourcing, or related areas. Proven track record of delivering financial results and driving strategic transformation. Familiarity with AI-driven workflow and analytics tools is a must.

Support financial reporting, spend analytics, and ad-hoc analysis. Conduct research to inform finance decisions. Assist with contract tracking, usage audits, and cost optimization. Develop and maintain executive-ready reports and dashboards. Drive continuous improvement in Finance Operations workflows. Identify, prioritize, and drive automation opportunities using AI. Support the CTO’s team in building scalable AI workflows. Partner with leaders to ensure teams maximize AI for quality and efficiency. Track and report on AI-driven impact.
