Experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management Proven track record of prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals in corporate/enterprise markets Strong research and database management skills with experience using CRM systems and sales prospecting techniques Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to craft personalized outreach messages and present to C-level executives Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation tools, and corporate sponsorship or membership sales models CRM/Airtable systems, LinkedIn platform, ZoomInfo (must-have) Email outreach platforms, LinkedIn messaging, phone/video calling systems (must-have) Sales presentation software, proposal creation tools (must-have)
Responsibilities:
Research and identify decision-makers from mid-market to enterprise companies, building high-quality segmented contact databases. Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls. Conduct discovery calls and present customized sales decks. Personally invite qualified leaders to product launches, screenings, and sessions. Draft and customize sponsorship proposals, bulk book orders, and membership offers. Coordinate with President and Partner Benefits Manager throughout the sales process. Maintain CRM/Airtable system with weekly updates. Provide comprehensive weekly pipeline reports.
