3+ years in sales coordination, sales operations, executive assistance (sales-heavy), or revenue operations support. Excellent written and verbal command of English. High attention to detail and strong follow-through. Comfortable managing many tasks simultaneously. Strong scheduling instincts across time zones. Comfortable implementing communication rhythms. Experience supporting a remote sales team (preferred). Experience with a service business selling staffing, consulting, or operational services (preferred). CRM proficiency (HubSpot/Salesforce/Podio/REI-style CRMs) (preferred). Familiarity with DocuSign, Google Workspace, Slack (preferred).
