Senior Backend / Core Engineer

5+ years of software development experience in distributed systems, with operational responsibility for mission-critical services Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g., DynamoDB) and serverless cloud architectures (AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Cognito, or equivalents on Azure/GCP) Expert in Python or Rust Deep knowledge of AWS, including serverless architectures Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing frameworks, and operational excellence Strong project planning, communication, and delivery skills

Design and implement a cloud-based, fully managed data plane Build solutions for enterprises to integrate multi-modal data at scale Implement best practices including automation, CI/CD workflows, testing and quality controls, security, and performance optimization Influence the vision and roadmap by collaborating with Product and Design teams Partner with leadership to balance new features with rapid customer growth and engineering excellence
