Senior Software Engineer, Backend - AI Core

5+ years of experience building modern web applications with a focus on AI/ML technologies. Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go. Hands-on experience in AI-driven application development (experiment setup, dataset curation, model training, evaluation, deployment). Strong background in data-focused backend development and ETL processes. Experience with SQL and RDBMS (PostgreSQL preferred) and data warehousing solutions. Strong software engineering practices (coding, unit testing, code reviews, design documentation).

Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems. Incorporate LLMs, embeddings, and AI technologies into the platform. Architect and execute ETL pipelines for data management and RAG models. Ensure core product functionality is stable, scalable, and improving. Mentor fellow engineers and establish engineering excellence standards.
