2-4+ years of recruiting experience (technical preferred) Strong sourcing experience in LATAM markets Ability to understand technical terms and communicate with engineers Near-perfect English (written and verbal) Strong personality, organized, proactive, and great with people Experience working remotely with distributed teams Familiarity with ATS tools and basic recruiting metrics
