7–8 years of experience in public relations, communications, or marketing, preferably with agency experience. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with PR strategies, campaign case studies, and industry terminology. Proficiency with PowerPoint (required), and an eye for design and layout to make decks visually engaging. Experience with proposal writing, business development, or client communications is strongly preferred. Highly organized, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills.
