Responsibilities:
Define process mission, vision, goals, KPIs, and success metrics. Design, document, and maintain process flows, SOPs, and work instructions aligned with ITIL. Lead process implementation and ensure adherence to standards. Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and monitor KPIs. Act as the single point of accountability for the process. Ensure proper change management. Provide formal process testing and UAT sign-off. Partner with platform owners and development teams. Define product vision and roadmap. Conduct user research and deliver training. Ensure consistent process execution across the organization.
