Requirements:
2-5 years of ServiceNow product knowledge in Service Catalog, Request Management, and Service Level Management. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, including negotiation. Highly proficient presentation skills using PowerPoint. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:
Define process mission, vision, goals, KPIs, and success metrics. Design, document, and maintain process flows, SOPs, and work instructions aligned with ITIL. Lead process implementation and ensure adherence to standards. Analyze performance data to identify improvement areas and monitor KPIs. Act as the single point of accountability for the process. Ensure proper change management. Provide formal process testing and UAT sign-off. Partner with platform owners and development teams. Define product vision and roadmap. Conduct user research and deliver training. Ensure consistent process execution across the organization.
