8+ years of experience as a Sr. Product Owner or Sr. Solution Consultant. At least 3+ years of ServiceNow platform experience for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) module. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required). Deep understanding of HR business processes (employee lifecycle, case management, onboarding/offboarding). Experience with Workday or other major HCM system integrations. Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology. Ability to draft and own proposals, SOWs, and contract extensions. Strong ability to build trust and resolve escalations. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
