Manage day-to-day relationships and operations across lines of business. Monitor and report on partnership KPIs—enrollments, clinical outcomes, satisfaction. Collaborate with Analytics to produce performance reports and translate insights. Work with cross-functional teams to identify trends and drive performance optimization. Partner with Marketing and Client Success to design and launch targeted engagement campaigns. Influence product roadmap priorities through partner feedback. Serve as primary point of contact for issue escalation and resolution. Monitor and track forecasting, enrollments and revenue recognition. Anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions to maintain partner satisfaction.
