Source third-party managed real estate inventory Accelerate company growth by expanding the portfolio Grow new partner relationships with developers, investors, owners, and lenders Prospect for multifamily projects in key markets Represent Placemakr at industry conferences and events Present complex financial models to investors/developers Produce high-volume relationships with investors/developers of 'winnable deals' Support contract negotiations
