Experience in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or other high-growth industries Hands-on experience with AI-powered financial automation and finance system implementations Strong understanding of data pipelines, API integrations, and cloud-based financial platforms Subject matter expertise in FP&A best practices Proven leadership with ability to balance business requirements and people management Service-oriented mindset with strong stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and visual) Independent problem solver with strong research and information-gathering abilities Advanced financial modeling and superior analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA or CFA preferred) 6+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and financial systems transformation 2+ years of management experience overseeing FP&A processes and teams Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and financial automation tools Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Sage Intacct, NetSuite) and BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) Proven ability to automate processes, integrate AI-driven tools, and optimize financial reporting structures Strong leadership and collaboration skills Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings to executive leadership

Lead and own the annual budgeting and planning cycle Maintain and improve forecasting processes Develop long-term financial forecasts and models Drive modernization of financial systems and reporting infrastructure Oversee administration, optimization, and integration of financial systems Partner with IT and finance to implement AI-driven automation Assess and optimize financial processes and technology Develop and maintain management reporting, dashboards, and KPIs Prepare executive-level reports and dashboards Support Board and Audit Committee presentations Contribute financial insights to management discussions and regulatory filings Act as a strategic finance business partner Lead monthly variance analysis Provide decision-support analysis for business initiatives Research broader economic trends
