At least 1.5 years of SDR/BDR sales experience in SaaS companies. Strong record of quota attainment. Strong customer relation skills. Ability to interact with individuals at all levels. Self-learner, autodidact, and high independence. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience working with CRM and project management tools. Energetic, positive, and motivated. Team player with strong communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment. Ability to work remotely from Mon-Fri. Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
