Prior experience as a dispatcher or in a similar role within the towing or roadside assistance industry is preferred. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using computer systems and dispatch software. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset. Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
