Manager, Internal Integration and Automation

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, RPA development, or systems integration. 3+ years of experience in a leadership or people management role. Hands-on experience with RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Snaplogic, etc). Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration patterns. Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts. Strong understanding of software development practices (SDLC, CI/CD) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell).

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of automation engineers. Define the team’s roadmap and align initiatives with organizational priorities. Define feasible AI use cases. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of RPA workflows. Evaluate and implement automation opportunities. Manage the integration of core enterprise systems. Partner with IT and engineering teams for secure and scalable integration. Participate in the evaluation and integration of AI technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI use cases. Act as the liaison between automation, IT, and business teams. Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to leadership. Manage vendor relationships. Ensure automation and AI initiatives comply with security policies and regulations.
