Project Manager, Data Integration and BI

Undergraduate degree in relevant field or MBA or equivalent work experience 5+ years serving as a dedicated Project Manager leading ERP Implementations Skilled in using at least one BI platform: Oracle OAC, OBIEE, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or QlikView Solid understanding of ERP systems and associated business processes (NetSuite experience is a strong plus) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong business analysis capabilities PMP, Scrum Master, or other formal project management certification Experience with Oracle Cloud infrastructure and security best practices Understand SDLC, project management methodology (Agile/Waterfall)

Lead project management activities (planning, WBS, change control) Act as lead communicator to internal and external stakeholders Manage multiple, concurrent projects to quality, on-time, and on-budget Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables Contribute to internal MHI initiatives (mentorship, NetSuite education)
