Integration Manager

5+ years of experience in a technical, client-facing role, preferably within Healthcare IT, EHR implementation, or a related SaaS industry. Proven success managing a portfolio of multiple, concurrent software implementation or integration projects. Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Hands-on experience with key healthcare integration standards and data formats (e.g., HL7v2, FHIR, X12, C-CDA) and familiarity with modern APIs. Deep understanding of clinical workflows and direct experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A self-driven work ethic and a demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and initiative. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Drive multiple, concurrent integration projects from kickoff to go-live. Provide strategic guidance by evaluating customer workflows and technical infrastructure. Design, build, and deploy customer integrations using platform tools. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success. Develop and maintain clear technical documentation and best practices. Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders. Advance expertise in integration standards and technologies. Willingness to travel to customer sites (approximately 5-10%).
