Requirements:
5+ years experience implementing software, configuring Workforce Management solutions, and/or in Customer Success. Highly motivated, enthusiastic team player, driven by delighting customers. Exceptional situational presence, relationship building, intellect, ethics, and judgment. Polished English language communicator, persuasive presenter, fast on your feet, and innately organized. Superb negotiation and diplomacy skills.
Responsibilities:
Promote the evolution of the Legion Implementation Methodology and implement Agile standards. Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects and all implementation phases. Ensure smooth implementation and adoption of the Legion platform. Configure Legion products according to the solution blueprint. Provide configuration reviews and knowledge transfers. Assist customers with software testing and roll-out activities. Deliver live customer training. Lead and facilitate customer discussions and workshops. Oversee configuration documents and methodologies. Define, manage, and deliver on customer expectations. Work with internal teams to ensure implementation timelines and support SLAs are met. Advocate for customer needs within Legion. Be familiar with compliance and labor laws. Complete ongoing education for skill development. Provide leading practices to maximize customer value. Set and manage customer expectations. Continually acquire knowledge about customers and solutions. Communicate effectively in demanding internal and external situations. Implement processes for efficient execution of implementation methodology phases. Define consulting leading practices and create strategy. Support a Center of Excellence for organizational performance and standards. Understand and prevent scope creep. Use Legion project management tools to manage configuration tasks. Be a product expert in core Legion modules. Maintain core product expertise for end users and configuration. Grow product knowledge through regular release training. Communicate upcoming release themes and dates to the customer. Identify, report, and prioritize bugs & enhancements.
