Senior Consultant

Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-7 years of experience. Consulting experience required. Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Experience analyzing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data. Proficient in Google Suite and experienced in PowerPoint and Excel. Willingness to handle confidential information with discretion.

Support execution of projects including managing timelines and work plans. Contribute to project decision-making through quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Design and draft presentations, reports, and tailored communications. Facilitate presentations and stakeholder engagements as needed. Coordinate meetings and events to support initiative implementation. Engage in knowledge sharing with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance. Develop high-quality materials, tools, and resources based on research.
