Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and/or 5-7 years of experience.
- Consulting experience required.
- Outstanding project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience analyzing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data.
- Proficient in Google Suite and experienced in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Willingness to handle confidential information with discretion.
Responsibilities
- Support execution of projects including managing timelines and work plans.
- Contribute to project decision-making through quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Design and draft presentations, reports, and tailored communications.
- Facilitate presentations and stakeholder engagements as needed.
- Coordinate meetings and events to support initiative implementation.
- Engage in knowledge sharing with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance.
- Develop high-quality materials, tools, and resources based on research.
