- Own the planning, tracking, and completion of assigned ERP implementation project deliverables.
- Configure ERP systems, including Sage Intacct and Sage 300, based on client requirements.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and system validation.
- Lead client training sessions and provide system-use documentation.
- Track project tasks, progress, risks, and blockers in the ERP team’s system of record.
- Communicate timelines and deliverables to clients and internal stakeholders, and flag scope changes and risks.
- Build client relationships, handle project support questions or escalations, and identify opportunities for client growth and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, consultants, project leads, and managers on service delivery and business development.
- Document processes, lessons learned, and best practices, and contribute to internal training and continuous improvement.
