Requirements
- Fluent English (C1/C2 level)
- Fluent Portuguese speaker
- 3+ years of online or in-class English teaching experience
- Accredited 120-hour+ TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification OR Bachelor's Degree in English, Translation, English Literature, or related field
- Familiarity with CEFR and ESL assessments
- Highly computer literate
- Excellent communication skills
- Clean criminal record
- PC: Intel® Core™ i5 CPU @2.40GHz (4 CPUs) or better, 8GB RAM or greater
- Internet: Stable fiber connection (20 Mbps upload/download) via LAN cable
- Backup Power: UPS with 4-5 hours of battery life (recommended)
- Equipment: Noise-cancelling headset, HD webcam (720p), quiet, well-lit teaching space
