Daily execution and actualization vs the forecast. Make tactical deconstructions and actualize projections daily to meet KPIs. Take a lead in situations that present any obstacle to execution. Insatiable curiosity, and an inability to leave a problem alone until one or many potential solutions are found. Responsible for the implementation of CTC’s Meta best practices. Upkeep and management of ideologies and processes throughout the account. Implementing tests in accounts in an effort to beat best-performing campaigns. Ensuring you are within a 5% Delta to the Forecast. Ensuring daily alignment with the client vs the forecast & strategy. Ensuring following the Prophet system execution to 100% within the timeline required. Fluent in English, with a proven ability to communicate persuasively. Skilled in crafting thoughtful, empathetic client messaging. Strong presentation skills. Strong raw talent for data analysis, with an eagerness to learn and improve. Familiarity with data tools, including Google Sheets. Historical expertise that compounds to bring a well-rounded perspective and adds value. Ability to approach challenges with structured thinking. Responsibilities:
Lead the development of accurate, insight-driven forecasts. Ensure strategies are executed seamlessly to transform projections into tangible, scalable growth. Maintain clear and transparent communication about performance, strategy adjustments, and key optimizations. Set the benchmark for performance marketing, advocating for best-in-class strategies and tools. Manage, align & work with team members including Google strategist, Creative Strategist, and Email Strategist. Build a Growth Forecast and Growth Map for clients using the Prophet System. Combine data analysis and client feedback to develop strategic plans. Build campaigns using CTC's structure and best practices. Monitor active campaigns, and adjust budgets and strategy to meet projected targets. Implement tests in accounts to improve campaign performance. Ensure client satisfaction rates are above benchmark. Ensure all work is delivered on time with optimal quality. Send daily performance updates to the client. Ensure alignment across Strategy and Forecast with the client daily. Provide weekly updates on the Weekly Strategy Call. Contribute learnings back to the system for feedback and continuous improvement. Collaborate in ideas and learning across teams. Contribute to ideas and learning in future company content production.
