- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business.
- 5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience.
- Strong experience in federal government contracting (FAR, CAS, DCAA).
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Unanet, QuickBooks Government Edition).
- Commitment to work during business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm EST, CST, MST, or PST).
- Provide exceptional accounting and operational service to clients.
- Support client onboarding process.
- Execute accounts payable, accounts receivable management, bookkeeping, closing books monthly, and financial reporting/analysis.
- Manage day-to-day relationships with clients.
- Identify opportunities for additional client services.
