Manager, Network Contracting (Remote)

8+ years in healthcare with health plans or providers Bachelor’s degree Master’s degree in related field (preferred) 6+ years in network contracting or development with health plans or providers (preferred) Understanding of the health plan contracting process Proven track record of creating, maintaining, and enhancing customer relationships Strong project and process management skills

Support negotiations for network participation agreements with payer partners. Manage the full lifecycle of network participation agreements. Compile data, perform rate analyses, and track/report on key contract metrics. Interface with internal teams to execute network participation agreements.
