Program Manager

10+ years of experience within the Pharma/Biopharma, Medical Device, or Biotech industry. At least 3+ years as a project manager leading cross-functional strategic initiatives. Experience using MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheets. Experience within a cGMP and FDA regulated environment. Experience leading large IT programs and/or managing a PMO for business strategy. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred. Strong understanding of systems deployment and integration. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Develop project tasks, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional groups to create and execute project plans. Identify and resolve program issues, facilitate trade-off decisions, and remove obstacles. Manage IT program portfolios focused on systems deployment and integration. Lead large cross-functional programs driving strategic business transformation. Define and optimize project management processes, methodologies, and tools.
