Engagement Manager, NetSuite Consulting (Remote)

Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems or MBA or equivalent work experience 6+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience NetSuite Certifications heavily preferred (ERP Consultant, Administrator) Experience and knowledge of best practices surrounding ERP Familiarity with common application integrations (Celigo, Boomi, FarApp) Ability to manage client and team interactions Experience managing a team of 5+ consultants

Act as subject matter expert for service transition and delivery Ensure client satisfaction on assigned accounts Conduct regular account reviews Serve as primary contact for assigned clients Review contracts and monitor profitability Lead initiatives to improve Managed Services delivery Train and mentor team members Advise clients on standard functionality and best practices Act as primary Technical Account Manager (TAM) Help manage teams across different geographic regions Design Dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators
