3+ years experience as an Operations, Executive, or Administrative Assistant, or supporting senior managers in remote environments. Fluent in English and German. Experience with financial management, accounting, and/or payroll systems is a plus. Experience with drafting and submitting tender and grant applications is a bonus. Tech-savvy with tools like LLMs, Google Workspace, Discord, HubSpot CRM, Asana, Microsoft 365, Adobe, DocuSign. Detail-oriented, proactive, and exceptionally organized. Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality. Strong sense of ownership and ability to juggle multiple leaders' needs.
