Division Director, Cybersecurity

Four (4) year college degree. Advanced degree preferred. Ten (10) years of progressive experience leading security and technology teams. Five (5) years of experience leading AI-driven cybersecurity projects and teams. Demonstrated understanding of network and systems security, cloud security, and machine learning algorithms. Experience managing large-scale incident response. Detailed understanding of HIPAA, NIST & HITRUST frameworks. Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Develop and implement organizational-wide cybersecurity strategy. Advise executive leadership on emerging threats and cyber risk. Oversee the Security Operations Center, directing incident response. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing cybersecurity team. Champion the integration of machine learning and AI for threat detection.
