Operations Manager

3-5+ years of experience in operations (ideally at another startup or company with a similar regional operations model, banking, or consulting). Strong analytical skills: comfortable with SQL, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and data-driven decision-making. Process and systems driven: designs, documents, and enforces SOPs; builds repeatable playbooks; instruments workflows and iterates for quality and speed. Proactive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proven ability to use data to inform strategy, identify trends, and optimize performance. Willingness to travel across the region for site visits and vendor meetings (20%+ Travel).

Ensure properties look great and run smoothly by managing third-party vendors. Own physical appearance and daily operations of all parking facilities in the region. Proactively identify and resolve issues impacting facility performance. Manage the Space Force (contract enforcers) and optimize enforcement efficiency. Develop, implement, and iterate on dynamic pricing strategies. Continuously evaluate market trends and competitor rates to maximize revenue. Build and maintain reporting dashboards for performance tracking. Partner with regional GM on pricing and channel strategies. Collaborate with Partner Success Manager for seamless owner/tenant experience. Provide feedback to Product & Engineering on operational tools.
