Staff Infrastructure Engineer

8+ years of experience in infrastructure, SRE, or backend engineering roles Proven track record designing and operating infrastructure for high-availability, high-security, mission-critical systems Deep experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar) Experience with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Pulumi, etc.) Strong background in observability, reliability, and incident management Excellent communicator and technical leader

Own the end-to-end architecture, implementation and maintenance of our infrastructure Define standards and best practices for infrastructure Lead reliability engineering practices Drive world-class observability Build and evolve CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling Continuously improve security, compliance, and data protection Work with engineering team to design scalable, resilient systems Mentor and level up backend engineers
