Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) 3–5 years of QA experience in SaaS or software product companies Strong understanding of software testing principles and SDLC Experience working in Agile environments and applying Shift-Left testing practices Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing within CI/CD environments Proactive, autonomous, and highly detail-oriented mindset Strong analytical thinking and research skills Positive, proactive and responsible attitude Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
Responsibilities:
Create and execute manual test cases based on functional specifications Build and maintain test plans in Zephyr (JIRA) Identify, log, and track defects in JIRA; verify fixes and perform retesting Validate user stories against acceptance criteria Collaborate closely with Product and Development teams using a Shift-Left approach Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint ceremonies Support test automation efforts and contribute to CI/CD pipelines Perform smoke, regression, and production testing
