Principal FinOps Resident - US East

Experience driving maturity of a FinOps practice within a business. Expertise in cloud technologies and the latest advances in cloud services. Prior experience in a SaaS company and/or with SaaS FinOps platform solutions. Highly skilled at executive presence and consultative advising; comfortable presenting to executives and large groups. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Desire to help define and refine the DoiT FinOps Intelligence strategic advisory offering. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and, at times, ambiguous environment autonomously.

Provide engagement management and strategic FinOps advisory services to enterprise customers. Build and maintain executive-level relationships to identify business goals related to FinOps. Educate customers on DoiT Cloud Intelligence platform features to drive product adoption. Assess customer FinOps maturity and build roadmaps for improvement. Manage workstreams with customers and drive accountability for success. Gather and document customer feedback for DoiT teams. Own overall customer satisfaction and resolve issues. Maintain customer 360 in the Customer Success platform. Partner with sales for customer renewals and retention. Represent DoiT at industry events.
