Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis. Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau) preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional presentation skills. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Manage monthly operating expense commentary, budgeting, and forecasting. Develop and maintain strategic business KPIs. Prepare board materials. Collaborate with Finance Leadership to ensure financial targets are met. Partner with other departments on strategic initiatives. Develop accurate models for operating expenses. Provide financial analysis and insights. Develop and maintain financial models (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow). Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards. Develop long-term strategic plans. Identify opportunities to streamline FP&A processes. Prepare documents for month-end reporting and parent company reporting.
