Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a similar quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, or FP&A at a high growth tech company
- Ability to work 100% remotely
- Extensive financial modeling experience
- Strong quantitative skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
Responsibilities
- Build, improve, and maintain the company three-statement financial model with a focus on expenses.
- Lead the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting process.
- Monitor and communicate key performance indicators to executives.
- Provide ad-hoc data-driven analysis and action plans.
- Enhance processes across FP&A, accounting, people team, and business operations.
- Automate analyses and forecasts in BI tools.
