Requirements:
Proven experience as an Ecommerce sales assistant or similar role 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce accounts Good verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience using Ecommerce Platforms such as Shopify Knowledge on retailer's platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Wayfair Proficiency in Microsoft Office Exceptional time management skills
Responsibilities:
Set up new items on retailer sites (e.g., Amazon, Target, Wayfair) Optimize online stores for sales, including product listings, pricing, and promotions Maintain retailer portals Update content and images Collaborate with other teams and perform site sweeps to ensure product attribute accuracy Assist with attribute mapping to the PXM platform Check price discrepancies daily and release orders to prevent shipping delays Assist with retailer queries regarding products
