Requirements:
5+ years in enterprise consulting, digital transformation, or HubSpot implementations. Proven success leading complex projects or managing enterprise client accounts. Advanced HubSpot certifications and deep proficiency across Sales, Marketing, Service, and Operations Hubs. Ability to design complex, multi-hub architectures and integrations. Expertise in data modeling, migrations, HubSpot API/webhooks, and third-party integrations. Strong architectural and governance skills. Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, manage client portfolios, and mentor colleagues. Skilled at translating technical concepts into business outcomes and engaging executives.
Responsibilities:
Lead complex enterprise client projects (implementations, integrations, migrations, custom developments on HubSpot). Build scalable, multi-hub solutions using advanced HubSpot features and third-party integrations. Design clear solution frameworks and establish best practices for data governance and technical solutioning. Serve as primary strategic advisor to senior stakeholders and build long-term partnerships. Lead discovery sessions, executive workshops, and steering committees. Translate technical designs into business value for non-technical audiences. Manage UAT processes and ensure solution adoption. Lead consultants within project teams, setting direction and ensuring quality. Oversee portfolio health (budgets, utilization, risks, client satisfaction). Delegate and QA deliverables. Contribute to practice-wide IP, service offerings, and thought leadership. Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-value project outcomes. Identify and scope expansions, renewals, and change orders within client accounts. Support sales opportunities through solutioning, scoping, and presentations.
