Lead consultants within project teams, setting direction and ensuring quality. Oversee portfolio health (budgets, utilization, risks, client satisfaction). Delegate and QA deliverables. Contribute to practice-wide IP, service offerings, and thought leadership. Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-value project outcomes. Identify and scope expansions, renewals, and change orders within client accounts. Support sales opportunities through solutioning, scoping, and presentations.
