Requirements:
8+ years stock administration programmatic and general experience in a US public company. Prior accounting experience is helpful. Experience creating a scalable stock program for a newly public company, including creating an ESPP program. Very strong attention to detail, logical and organized project management skills. Ability to perform self-audit to ensure data integrity and utmost accuracy. Excellent problem-solving skills and proven ability to make informed decisions. Clear and concise communication skills. Familiarity and openness to using AI tools to streamline manual processes. Active CEP certification preferred (not required). CPA license would be helpful.
Responsibilities:
Build a comprehensive and scalable stock plan program. Build an ESPP program. Process option exercises, RSU vesting, and ESPP purchases. Perform reconciliation of records between Stock Administration, HR, and Payroll. Maintain database integrity and ensure accuracy of equity data using Fidelity. Coordinate with HR/Legal/Payroll for mobility taxation for equity vesting. Administer Leave of Absence policy as it relates to equity awards. Develop employee communications and assist with employee education programs. Prepare stock-based compensation expense journal entries and reconciliations. Prepare exec comp and beneficial ownership tables for the annual proxy. Manage the Insider Trading Policy and associated processes. Prepare and maintain backup data for Form 4 filings. Manage the relationship with the stock plan platform.
