4+ years of professional software development experience Strong experience developing front-end applications with React (or similar modern JavaScript frameworks) Experience building cloud-native software Experience with a technology stack and architecture similar to Greenlight Guru's Experience with REST, RPC, and GraphQL APIs Ability to create unit and integration test suites Experience with continuous integration pipelines and automation Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Highly collaborative with exceptional interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to use data to measure and explore technology evolution Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Intellectual curiosity about real-world programming usage Proven ability to use AI-powered tools to improve engineering productivity and quality

Lead and contribute to multiple concurrent engineering efforts Work independently and collaboratively to drive technical solutions Design and build modern, responsive front-end applications using React Take ownership of features from planning through delivery Design performant, scalable, and reliable software Develop software meeting internal standards of quality Make daily code contributions with continuous integration Fix major issues, defects, and vulnerabilities in existing codebases Create and update unit tests Raise the bar for engineering quality by defining and evolving standards Leverage observability best practices for monitors and alerts Diagnose and fix performance and optimization problems Partner with engineers and R&D stakeholders for collaboration Teach and provide guidance to others Participate in resolving after-hours Production incidents Demonstrate project work and product contributions
