Senior Consultant - North America

Ability to build expertise in Camunda product and cloud-native technologies. Strong technical analytical skills. Technical hands-on attitude and high self-motivation. Fluency in English. 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Software Development. Knowledge of at least one high-level programming language (Java, JavaScript, C#, Python) and enterprise frameworks. Comfortable with version control and IDEs. Understanding of software architecture and paradigms. Experience with DevOps practices, especially Kubernetes. Experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, GCP, Azure). Familiarity with distributed systems/applications. Familiarity with agile project delivery practices. Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 5–10%).

Conduct hands-on consulting sessions and workshops on Process Modeling, Process Automation with Camunda, and Software Engineering/Architecture. Translate business requirements into scalable solution designs. Implement workflows, integrations, and configurations using Camunda. Ensure production readiness and high-quality deliverables. Manage customer expectations and stakeholder alignment. Identify and mitigate risks. Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support. Contribute to the improvement of services portfolio and content. Ramp quickly by achieving Camunda 8 certification and managing engagements independently.
