Passion for and understanding of blockchain technologies Experience leading teams in development and experimentation Excellent verbal communication and written skills Strong collaboration skills with both internal and external teams Competent Computer Science fundamentals or previous development experience Experience writing Rust, Solidity or Golang Experience writing and deploying smart contracts in EVM environments

Proactively identify, contribute to, and advocate for strategic partnerships with promising application teams Own developer success across leading application teams in the Arbitrum ecosystem Work directly with the Product team to relay and incorporate feedback from projects and the developer community into our roadmap Work alongside our engineers to improve our tooling, from the Arbitrum SDK to custom tooling Represent Offchain Labs at developer events and assist with live coding sessions, speaking at conferences, virtual meetups, and hackathons
