Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in Digital PR, ideally in an agency environment. Track record of executing successful campaigns that drive coverage and high-quality backlinks. Demonstrated success in delivering high-quality PR campaigns with measurable SEO and branding impact. Experience working with internal and client stakeholders from concept to execution. Good understanding of the US and/or UK media landscape. Active network of journalist and influencer contacts. Ability to research and engage with journalists effectively. Comfortable owning the end-to-end outreach process and refining messaging. Ability to clearly articulate ideas and campaign outcomes. Excellent communication skills and executive presence in client-facing roles. Detail-oriented and organized, balancing multiple campaigns. Adaptable and action-oriented, learning from successes and failures. Strong collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments. Ability to work independently, set and achieve own goals. Excited by potential to grow into a team lead. Bonus: Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals.
Responsibilities:
Lead execution of digital PR campaigns across US, UK, and international markets. Develop digital PR campaigns for high-quality placements and brand mentions. Create outreach strategies, media lists, and editorial calendars. Pitch journalists, editors, and bloggers for media coverage and backlinks. Collaborate with writers, editors, and designers on campaign assets. Monitor and optimize outreach performance. Partner with organic growth strategists to align campaigns with client goals. Coordinate with editorial for timely content asset development. Support international campaigns with external partners when needed. Present digital PR ideas and campaign outcomes on client calls. Respond to ad hoc client requests. Track and report on campaign performance metrics. Use tools like BuzzStream, Ahrefs, and Google Analytics for insights.
