Director, vice president, or other senior software engineering leader 15+ years experience managing engineering teams and coaching individuals High emotional IQ Comfortable working in a constantly-changing startup environment Able to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month for 24+ months Ability to give a minimum of three to five hours per week

Providing 1:1 coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions Participating in ongoing training sessions Communicating with members via Mento email or App chat Being an integral member of the Mento coaching community Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy
