Requirements:
3-5+ years of experience in operations, technical support, or compliance roles. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to multiple responsibilities. Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset. Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Fluency in Spanish and English. Prior experience in affiliate marketing, real estate, or lead generation (bonus). Familiarity with billing platforms, CRM systems, or ticketing tools (bonus). Basic technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, data troubleshooting) (bonus).
Responsibilities:
Provide billing support and resolve payment inquiries. Reconcile invoices with finance for accurate reporting. Act as the first line of support for affiliates, clients, and internal teams. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed. Collaborate with product and engineering to resolve recurring issues. Conduct compliance reviews to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Maintain accurate documentation of processes and support activities. Identify operational gaps and propose process improvements.
