Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 7–10+ years of federal capture management and BD experience Proven record leading and winning pursuits $10M+ Experience with major federal vehicles (e.g., OASIS+, STARS III, Alliant, GSA MAS). Familiarity with 8(a), HUBZone, and other small business strategies. Ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance. U.S. Citizenship required.
Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and shape winnable opportunities across federal contracting vehicles. Lead capture strategy, competitive analysis, and teaming relationship development. Interface directly with government customers during market research and RFP phases. Develop capture plans, win themes, competitive assessments, and pricing strategies. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with federal contracting officers and industry partners. Partner with proposal teams to translate capture strategy into compelling proposals. Lead research and analysis of customers, incumbents, and key trends.
