Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered. 7+ years of experience in capture management or business development within HHS, CMS, NIH, FDA, or CDC environments. Proven track record of winning large-scale federal healthcare IT contracts ($20M+). Strong network and established relationships with decision-makers across HHS and its agencies. Background in technology or management consulting, including ERP systems, application modernization, cloud, or integration. Deep understanding of the federal acquisition lifecycle, IDIQs/GWACs, and competitive bid processes. Excellent communication, presentation, and executive engagement skills. Strategic mindset with strong analytical, organizational, and writing abilities. Proficiency with Salesforce, GovWin, SAM.gov, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to obtain a Government clearance.
