Requirements
- Public accounting experience within the past five years
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- EA or CPA / CPA eligible preferred
- Individual tax compliance experience
- Partnership/flow-through entity tax compliance experience
- Corporate tax compliance experience
- Tax compliance for large, publicly traded companies experience
- Tax provisions (ASC 740) experience
- Tax research (federal, SALT, etc.) experience
- R&D Tax Credits experience
- M&A Taxes and Tax diligence experience
- International Taxes experience
Responsibilities
- Support tax planning
- Support tax research
- Support special projects
- Review tax returns
- Make recommendations on tax savings opportunities
