Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Audit coding, payroll entries, and reconciliations Perform mid-month and end-of-month procedures Close books and deliver monthly reporting packages Address Quality Control review notes Review and set up new client accounts in QuickBooks Online Prepare monthly three-way trust reconciliations Serve as primary point of contact for clients Communicate key observations to fractional CFOs, Controllers, or Legal Management Advisors Draft clear, professional written communications Participate in client or advisor calls Escalate issues proactively Support financial analysis Assist with training new technical staff Record daily time by client Complete year-end close activities Obtain QuickBooks certification and attend internal trainings Maintain confidentiality of client information
