Health Plan Configuration Analyst II

High school diploma or equivalent experience 3-5 years of recent relevant experience Strong QicLink knowledge is beneficial Strong analytical skills Comprehensive understanding of administered benefits and different plan types Solid understanding of regulations impacting benefit design (ACA, Mental Health Parity, IRS rules) Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with team members at all levels

Implement and program client benefit plans Set up buy-up products Manage third-party vendor files Ensure benefits are correctly programmed Review prior SPDs and make recommendations Create and update plan summaries Program the claims system for renewals and benefit changes Assist with programming updates for complex renewals Assist with complex and escalated customer service issues Maintain vendor file maintenance for buy-up products Work with vendors to ensure accurate EOB design and setup Respond to applicable TechOps Support tickets and MDI claims queries Assist with programming new group implementations Conduct peer-to-peer audits for Plan Building team programming Assist in training of Plan Building Specialist I team members
