Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in healthcare technology or health information services Proven ability to define and deliver high-impact products in an agile environment with direct experience launching and operating revenue generating API Products Good technical understanding of APIs, developer portals, authentication (OAuth2), and API management platforms Experience working with finance and strategy teams on investment cases and revenue models Customer-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and decision-making skills Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to create compelling product narratives Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Aha!, Confluence) Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence across functions and levels Familiarity with healthcare workflows, EMRs, or clinical content platforms is highly desirable Strong customer focus and ability to translate insights into actionable features Enthusiasm for continuous improvement, learning, and innovation in healthcare technology
