Senior Technical Lead for ICAM

Twelve (12)+ years of experience in supporting Identity Credential and Access Management technologies. Seven (7)+ years of experience working and integrating with ID Verification third-party servicers (e.g., Transunion, Experian, Equifax, LexisNexis). Seven (7)+ years of experience in supporting IBM Products, Oracle Products, and Cloud Base Products. Required to have and maintain a Non-Sensitive / High Risk (Public Trust) security clearance (Tier 4/6c). An AWS Solution Architect certification is mandatory. HS Diploma/GED

Oversees engineering activities supporting the organization's information systems. Plans, designs, develops, evaluates, tests, and integrates an organization's systems infrastructure. Leads engineering activities of an organization's information systems. Supervises the Systems Engineering staff and activities. May provide support to, review, maintain, and optimize all networked software and associated operating systems. Manages systems engineering team. Executes and manages risk assessments and develops mitigation strategies. Plans the cost, schedule, and execution plan for projects. Develops and reviews technical performance metrics. Manages multiple concurrent tasks for large-scale, highly available systems. Demonstrates understanding of the software development/enhancement/maintenance lifecycle. Possesses strong technical understanding of Information Technology systems and services. Possesses strong technical understanding of IT, Identity and Access Management, and AWS GovCloud systems. Experience with agile development/scrum to understand impact on application architecture. Expert knowledge of recent technological advances in computer science and engineering. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
